Hotel Check in time is 1 PM and Check Out time is 11 AM

We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit at the time of booking. We

need to get 50% of total amount before the cut-off date. For season (Oct – Mar) cut-off date is 30 days prior to check-in date and off season (Apr-Sept) cut-off date is 15 dates prior to check-in date.

Full Payment should be credited in our Account 3 days prior to check-in.

Rooms may be released if payments are not received within the cut-off periods.

Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability as per the charges listed below.

Hotel will not allow to bring in any Food or Beverage from outside

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 12 midnight.

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is one. SGL/DBL Rate remains same.

The Management will not be liable for any theft, loss or damage to the Client’s belongings.

The Client will be liable to fully compensate the hotel for any damage caused to hotel property and/or equipment/s by the Client or the Client’s guests/invitees or any one employed or acting on behalf of the Client

The Hotel reserves the right of admission and can ask any person/s who is/are not properly attired or who misbehaves, to leave Hotel premises forthwith. Apart from the approved parties/ Agencies of the Hotel, no other party / agency will be permitted to the hotel premises.

While we appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets.

GST is included in the given rates. Should there be a revision in taxes the revised taxes will be applicable.

On cancellation of refundable booking, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt of bank account details from the customer (not valid for black-out period).

Credit card transaction charges or processing fee if any will be deducted from the refund.

All refunds will attract a 5% administrative charge.

Below 6 years will be complimentary.

6 - 12 years will be charged as per prevailing rates

Children above 12 will be treated as adult and will be charged as per the given Rates

As per the latest Government of India directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid photo identity (Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar card).

It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRIs to carry their passport with valid visa or PIO (Person of Indian Origin) cards to be produced at the time of check-in.
